Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the temporary storage of this data and the log files is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (the legitimate interests of us as the person responsible, or the hosting provider as the processor).
Purpose of data processing
The temporary storage of the user's IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user's computer. For this, the user's IP address must inevitably remain stored for the duration of the session.
The above-mentioned data are stored in the log files to ensure the functionality of the website. This data is also used to optimize the website and to guarantee the security of the information technology systems (e.g. for attack detection).
Duration of storage
These data are recorded temporarily. The above-mentioned data are either deleted after the purpose for which they were collected is no longer required or after the end of the respective session or deleted after 12 or at the latest after 24 hours
